The new WedsSport TC105X DSR adopts AMF technology on both the inner and outer rims — a next-generation design for superior rigidity and performance.

DSR stands for Double Shift Rim, referring to the next-generation rim structure that employs Double AMF (Advanced Metal Forming) technology.
Both the outer and inner rims are meticulously flow-formed to strengthen the aluminum grain structure, achieving an exceptional balance of lightweight performance, high strength, and rigidity — the hallmarks of AMF technology.

In addition to the inner rim, we now use “Double AMF” technology on the outer rim as well.

Finally making outer rim from AMF formula has well-established by applying cutting edge technology.
Double AMF technology enable us to spin both outer and inner rim while being deep rim type.(*only available size over 9.0J)

Extend inner rim → outer rim by rotation using special spinning machine. Roller extends rims while heating over a burner.

Side Machining Process to Create "H" Shape

Pursuing the ideal spoke cross-section led us to the H-shaped profile. This is made through an additional machining process. By machining the sides of the spokes to the absolute limit, we achieved even greater weight reduction. A new-concept lightweight sports wheel that combines design aesthetics with reduced weight.
